Description
This image was made at about 3 a.m. as a thunderstorm rolled across Lake Michigan from Wisconsin. I had only a small window of opportunity to make this image between the beginning of strikes and a full out downpour. Rumbles of thunder woke me in time to scramble for my camera and tripod. The brilliant flash lit up the water as well as the clouds.
